Duke Wrestling Tour in Russia, Summer 2000: Competed for three weeks in Moscow, St.Petersburg and Siberia.

Coach Mitchell majored in Economics and got at double minor in French and German from Duke.

U.S. Olympic Training Center: Fall 2003
Trained for three months in Colorado Springs with the National Freestyle Wrestling Team and US Olympic Hopefuls.
